Order Procedure for Refilling Perfumes & Scented Candles
1. Place a refill order. 2. Ship your empty container (except reed diffuser) to us and indicate your order number inside the parcel. 3. Upon receipt of your parcel, the refilled product(s) will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.
Empty containers are fragile, please pack them properly with carton and stuffing. Ask S.F. staff for help if necessary.

How to calculate the shipping cost for sending the empty container(s)?
The price of refill service includes the shipping cost of sending the empty containers to us, just send it by S.F. Express with delivery fee upon receipt.
How to calculate the shipping fee for getting the refilled product(s)?
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and listed at the check-out page.
If the entire order is eligible for free delivery, the promotion will also be applied automatically.

Can I refill different fragrance?
Unfortunately, we can only refill empty containers with the same fragrance as original.
